Job Overview and Responsibilities
This position involves monitoring and reviewing official government publications at various levels (state, municipal, federal). It requires tracking legislative progress, following news portals, official websites, and social media channels related to key stakeholders in the executive, legislative branches, and civil society. Additional duties include attending events, preparing reports, supporting analysis on topics relevant to client sectors, categorizing information for internal and client use, profiling stakeholders, and managing schedules of authorities.
Work Schedule and Contract
The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employment is offered under a service provider contract (PJ).
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree (preferably in final semesters) in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Policy Management, or related fields.
- Experience in government relations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intermediate-level English skills across speaking, reading, and writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in government relations consultancies.
- Understanding of the operations of executive and legislative branches at federal, state, or municipal levels.
- Hands-on experience in analysis and report writing, either professionally or academically.
