Role Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager by leading and inspiring the team, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and ensuring smooth operational flow. This role requires passion, hands-on involvement, and the ability to foster a motivated and skilled crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and guide team members alongside the Restaurant Manager to sustain enthusiasm and performance.
- Actively participate in daily restaurant operations, from cooking to floor management.
- Maintain excellent quality and customer experience standards in every shift.
- Achieve targeted performance metrics by driving team development and celebrating successes.
- Coach staff to improve skills across all workstations.
- Oversee safety, quality assurance, and operational compliance with attention to detail.
