Assistant Manager (m/w/d)

As Assistant Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of the customer experience within the store including operations, training, staff management, visual merchandising, and asset protection. You will assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to drive sales and maximize profit goals for the store.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability with a minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing sales environment
• Confidence and strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Driven to achieve outstanding results inspired by engagement with customers and sports products
• Adaptable and creative in responding to evolving requirements and opportunities in a fast-changing omnichannel retail setting
• Ability to complete tasks and activities independently without supervision
• Strong analytical and numerical skills including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis
• High ethical standards, values, integrity, and trustworthiness
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate your team to effectively implement sales while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through deep product knowledge and effective teamwork to deliver outstanding customer care
• Execute sales strategies, customer experience initiatives, merchandising, visual, and operational standards
• Serve as a liaison among customers, sales associates, and store management
• Continuously learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends
• Contribute positively to an inclusive and supportive work environment
