Key Responsibilities

• Lead human resources functions employing a balanced scorecard methodology to oversee all aspects of HR management.
• Align HR initiatives with the hotel’s strategic objectives by recruiting the most suitable candidates, and implementing development plans to cultivate a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, uphold integrity, maintain confidentiality, and respect diverse cultural practices within HR operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary degree or have at least five years of experience in an HR leadership capacity within internationally recognized hospitality properties.
• Advantageous to hold or be pursuing further education in human resource management or a relevant discipline.
• Proficient with business tools encompassing financial analysis and strategic planning.
