Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. We look beyond credentials for qualities like character, skill, and passion to craft unforgettable guest experiences. This role is key to ensuring the property’s maintenance department operates flawlessly, resulting in exceptional guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance department to ensure all hotel areas are impeccably maintained.
• Proactively enhance guest experiences by promptly addressing inquiries and improving comfort.
• Plan and execute property maintenance strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
• Lead and inspire the maintenance team, promoting growth, development, and high performance.
• Manage the departmental budget effectively, regulating costs, inventory, and productivity.
• Forge and uphold strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain a robust planned preventative maintenance program focusing on maintenance, environmental sustainability, and conservation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, maintaining due diligence through planning, documentation, audits, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in property maintenance coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities featuring a proactive, lead-by-example approach.
