Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proficient Bartender to join Archive & Myth on a part-time, zero-hours contract basis. You will be responsible for preparing and serving signature cocktails, engaging with patrons, and contributing to a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere that embodies the venue's essence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a broad variety of cocktails, wines, and spirits with impeccable quality.
• Provide friendly, confident, and personalized guest service.
• Ensure bar cleanliness and maintain organized workstations.
• Collaborate effectively with bar and floor team members to guarantee efficient service.
• Stay informed about current cocktail trends and assist in developing menu offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior bartending experience in cocktail bars or upscale hospitality establishments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and bartending techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage well with guests and team members.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment.
