Position Overview

The Architectural Engineer will play a vital role in creating and overseeing architectural and interior design solutions. This position involves producing precise drawings and design documents, assisting with cost estimation, generating 3D visualizations, and supervising finishing works onsite. The role ensures all architectural deliverables meet project requirements, uphold quality standards, respect budget constraints, and adhere to schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive architectural and interior design concepts aligned with project needs and company benchmarks.
• Prepare architectural layouts, detailed drawings, specifications, and comprehensive design packages.
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance of drawings and documents with relevant codes, standards, and project specs.
• Assist in the preparation of design pricing and bills of quantities relating to architectural and interior tasks.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, cost control teams, procurement staff, consultants, contractors, and suppliers across design, estimation, tendering, and execution phases.
• Create 3D models and visual presentations to aid planning, proposals, approvals, and client communication.
• Supervise onsite architectural and interior finishing to maintain quality, safety, and conformity with approved designs.
• Address site-related design challenges and support proper execution of architectural works.
• Monitor work quality, reduce rework chances, and support punctual completion of assigned duties and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in architectural design, interior design, and site supervision, ideally within project-driven settings.
• Strong expertise in architectural design, interior finishing, technical drawings, and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling/visualization software.
• Experience with design pricing, bills of quantities, estimation inputs, and coordinating costs.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, quality assurance, safety protocols, and construction coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, planning, time management, and communication skills.
• Capacity to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Awareness of compliance, quality management standards, and cost control principles.
