About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about architecture who aspire to build a career in designing aesthetically pleasing buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of architectural and comprehensive working drawings.
- Development of 3D architectural models and ultra-realistic renderings.
- Preparation of presentation materials for client meetings.
- Support in interior design tasks including furniture arrangement and selecting materials.
- Collaboration with structural, MEP, and other expert consultants.
- Conduct site visits for accurate measurements and inspections.
- Compilation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and preparation of all project documentation.
- Assist in project implementation and coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
- Experience using Lumion or Enscape for rendering.
- Competent with Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools.
