Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator specializing in Architecture and Structural projects. The ideal candidate should hold a BIM Specialist Diploma or higher in BIM, Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee BIM coordination and modeling tasks.
- Develop, coordinate, and update BIM models for both Architectural and Structural projects efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a BIM Specialist Diploma or an equivalent higher qualification in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination and BIM modeling workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software tools.
- Familiarity with Singapore's BIM standards and adeptness in project coordination within this context.
- Effective communication abilities and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
