Role Impact and Responsibilities
- Leverage your enthusiasm and capability for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting your team and business partners in achieving success.
- Efficiently handle a large volume of inbound customer calls in a fast-moving, well-organized environment, emphasizing a Customer First approach.
- Consult with Card Members to comprehend their requirements and offer tailored, personalized solutions while highlighting membership benefits and acknowledging customer loyalty.
- Enhance customer relationships by recommending relevant products and benefit enrollments that increase engagement and loyalty unexpectedly.
- Develop persuasive selling abilities to strengthen customer connections and deepen brand loyalty.
- Respond to various customer inquiries such as statement questions, card replacements, payments, and rewards redemption, ensuring account information is current.
- Employ available tools to craft custom solutions, anticipate customer needs, and promote resolution in the first contact.
- Achieve and surpass metrics including sales, quality standards, compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
- Must not be currently or previously enrolled in government apprenticeship programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with precision and attention to detail.
- Openness to learning, feedback, and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication facilitating authentic interactions, nurturing customer loyalty.
- Resilience to manage continuous customer calls while maintaining performance across multiple metrics.
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and professional during change and stressful interactions.
- Exhibit empathy and humility by acknowledging customers’ emotions and concerns on every call.

Additional Details and Work Conditions
- Flexibility to work US time zone hours including weekends.
