Our mission is to provide a comprehensive shopping experience for families, offering a wide range of affordable essential goods such as groceries, toiletries, beauty products, garments, kitchenware, linens, home appliances, and more. Our operations currently span Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking fresh graduates to join as L1 Application Production Support specialists focusing on SQL. This role offers an excellent entry point into the IT support domain, particularly within the ecommerce sector.

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux
• Experience handling support tickets using ticketing tools
• Familiarity with server, database, and application terminologies preferred
• Basic knowledge of the ecommerce industry is advantageous
• Proficient English communication skills, especially in writing

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and processes aligned with standard operating procedures and escalate issues according to the escalation matrix
• Oversee digital website and mobile app functionalities
• Track various enterprise application parameters
• Monitor virtual machines, databases, file systems, and queue resource usage
• Log any issues encountered and coordinate follow-up efforts with senior support teams
• Operate on shifts scheduled as per the roster

Eligibility

Applicants must have completed a B.Sc in any specialization or a B.C.A. in any specialization.
