Role & Responsibilities
As the Angular Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of extensive enterprise web applications leveraging Angular (version 11 or higher) alongside contemporary frameworks. Your role involves guiding technical direction, mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and ensuring the products meet business objectives, optimal performance, and accessibility standards. Cross-functional collaboration will be key, working alongside product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams within Agile and Scrum workflows.
