Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Analytics Lead to play a critical role in guiding our organization’s future by utilizing data to inform decisions for both our clients and internal teams. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will extract and interpret key patterns, trends, and insights that shape strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior analytics partner to various stakeholders, translating business goals into scalable measurement frameworks that support social-first and commerce-focused growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing clear data-driven recommendations influencing marketing, retail, and digital investment decisions aligned with revenue impact.
• Manage the end-to-end measurement strategy across channels including paid media, influencer activities, social platforms, and retail media, ensuring direct links between expenditure and commercial results.
• Create predictive models forecasting incremental revenue and retail impact across eCommerce and physical retail partners by correlating media investments and engagements with sales outcomes.
• Develop and implement advanced ROI methodologies such as brand lift, sales lift, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling to optimize marketing channels, budgets, and growth.
• Build scalable evaluation systems to analyze influencer effectiveness, content performance, audience growth, and conversions, converting insights into creative and platform optimizations.
• Identify and interpret emerging consumer behavior and digital engagement trends to support brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and launch planning.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing analytics team fostering a culture of rigorous analysis, business insight, and executive storytelling.
• Oversee the construction of scalable data infrastructure including databases, automated reporting, dashboards, and consistent executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within marketing, media, or agency settings, applying analytics and research to shape client strategies and business results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 to 10+ years of advancing experience in analytics, research, and measurement with proven leadership on high-impact projects.
• Expertise in research methodologies including brand tracking, brand and communications strategies, brand lift studies, regression analysis, Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and digital analytics.
• High proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools including Python and SQL for data modeling, cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Sigma or equivalent for reporting and dashboarding.
• Proven ability to design and optimize analytics workflows, data pipelines, and automation of insights delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data insights into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior clients using data-backed strategic recommendations based on sound research and business context.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary range between 110000 and 140000 USD. The exact offer depends on the candidate’s experience, skill alignment, and expected impact determined through the recruitment process. Beyond the base salary, a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package is provided to support employee growth and well-being.
