AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer (AI Applications)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The company is seeking a dedicated AI engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of the client's software and AI solutions. This includes backend and frontend development, AI integration, and product deployment. Projects can be new developments or finishing existing applications to bring them to production-ready status. The candidate will work closely with the founder, discussing project specifications and timelines during the interview stage.

• Develop and finalize full-stack software applications tailored for clients
• Incorporate contemporary AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), speech interfaces, and real-time AI into live production environments
• Manage cloud infrastructure, database systems, payment integrations, and other third-party APIs
• Stabilize and refine partially developed products to achieve robust, tested, production-level maturity
• Meet established milestones independently, ensuring timely delivery without supervision

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on backend development using Node.js and/or Python in a production environment
• Proven experience in integrating AI or LLM APIs within deployed applications (no tutorial projects)
• Familiarity with cloud platform deployment, preferably AWS or equivalent, and solid knowledge of databases such as MongoDB
• Competent frontend development skills capable of building polished dashboards and web applications
• Experience working on real-time, voice, or telephony applications is highly favorable
• Prior involvement with sensitive user data management (healthcare, financial, or identity-related information) is an advantage
• Self-reliant with excellent communication skills and a commitment to completing assigned tasks
• Applicants lacking real AI project experience will not be considered
