Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for developing the AI agent infrastructure, including tools, specialized skills, subagents, and the MCP infrastructure that supports them. Your work will cover agent workflow design, management of memory and context, secure sandboxed execution, and agent monitoring. This role involves full ownership of agent systems and direct interaction with founders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AI agents, including tools, skills, subagents, and workflows.
• Develop and manage scalable MCP systems focusing on context and memory handling.
• Implement secure, isolated execution environments for agents.
• Ensure agent observability, safety, reliability, and evaluation standards are met.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Python or TypeScript.

Qualifications and Preferences

Ideal candidates will have experience building AI agents or show strong motivation to learn. Familiarity with MCP servers and clients, multi-agent orchestration, containerization, sandboxing, agent evaluation tools (such as Langfuse), retrieval mechanisms, memory management, prompt engineering, and integration of LLM APIs or open-source models (e.g., LiteLLM, OpenRouter) is advantageous.
