About the Role
Manipalcigna Health Insurance Company Limited is looking for an Agency Manager in Vellore. The position focuses on leading insurance agents, growing business through sales, and strengthening client relationships in a competitive insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of insurance agents and help them meet sales goals while increasing the agency’s customer reach.
- Design and apply practical sales strategies that lift performance, support customer satisfaction, and grow market presence.
- Maintain trusted relationships with clients by offering timely support, handling concerns quickly, and spotting fresh business opportunities.
- Track market shifts, competitor movements, and broader industry changes to stay competitive in the insurance space.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar field, ideally involving agency management.
- A strong history of meeting sales targets through leadership and well-executed strategy.
- Good knowledge of general insurance products such as health, motor, and home insurance, along with life insurance policies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Eligibility
Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
Compensation
The offered pay range is INR 2,50,000 to 4,50,000 per year.
