Overview
We are seeking an Agency Development Manager at SBI Life Insurance Company Limited based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role offers a competitive Cost to Company (CTC) between 350000 and 450000 INR annually, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Financial Advisors to expand the agency network.
- Ensure candidates successfully clear the IC33 examination required for licensing.
- Assist in creating new insurance licenses for selected candidates.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge essential for sales success.
- Conduct training sessions to develop Financial Advisors’ skills and understanding.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual CTC ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs INR, supplemented by incentive schemes to reward performance.
