Job Description and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assess individual student needs and suggest appropriate educational programs.
- Clarify details of program structure, fees, payment options, and potential career paths.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships by providing effective counseling to students.
- Oversee the entire admission lifecycle from initial inquiry through to confirmed enrollment.
- Manage onboarding formalities including documentation completion and fee collection.
- Offer support to newly admitted students during their introductory phase.
- Ensure CRM records are meticulously maintained and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Monitor and strive to enhance performance indicators such as talk time, demo sessions conducted, and conversion percentages.
Eligibility and Additional Information

Work Locations
This role is based onsite with openings in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Bangalore, India.
