Job description
Role Overview
This position involves providing leadership to the administrative team responsible for CablePrice Sales, Service Contracts, and Warranty administration. You will oversee the daily activities of six direct reports to achieve KPI, SLA, and overall team goals. Located at our Wellington headquarters, this role also offers travel opportunities to our nationwide branches and collaborations with international suppliers, enhancing administrative leadership across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Central Services Group Aftersales Administration team, including managing manufacturer Warranty and Service Contracts.
- Oversee sales order processing through to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide clear guidance and direction to the team, establishing objectives and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing enhanced processes to boost performance and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth operations, training, and process implementation utilizing the Dynamics business management system.
- Commit to Health and Safety as a top priority, fostering a culture of mutual care and safety awareness.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing administrative teams.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities capable of motivating teams to deliver high productivity and quality results.
- Ability to identify, implement, and continually refine business processes and systems.
- Sound financial and commercial understanding attained through prior roles.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive, disciplined approach to planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite, especially Excel.
