Overview
Covasant Technologies is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage and oversee accurate financial record-keeping in adherence to UK accounting standards.
Key Duties
- Oversee general ledger management to ensure prompt and precise recording of financial transactions.
- Compile monthly reports including balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns.
- Maintain bookkeeping using software like Xero or QuickBooks while following UK GAAP guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations and relevant tax laws.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or related fields.
- Skilled in preparing and managing general ledger statements accurately.
- Knowledgeable in UK GAAP and VAT practices.
- Experienced in using bookkeeping tools such as Xero or QuickBooks.
