Role summary
The Account Executive is responsible for helping drive retail sales performance across assigned accounts in New York. This position works closely with store teams, Beauty Advisors, freelancers, and internal partners to support launches, promotions, merchandising standards, staffing, and overall account growth. The role is home-office based and requires travel within the territory, which may be extensive.
Key responsibilities
The role centers on retail account management, sales execution, team coordination, and brand presentation. It includes building and maintaining strong store relationships, supporting education and staffing efforts, and keeping the sales organization informed with accurate account updates.
