Job description
Role Overview
This position involves leading pioneering research and development efforts in 6G technology. The successful candidate will spearhead prototype creation, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and comprehensive system validation and verification activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a team focused on 6G technology innovation and advancement.
- Design and build new technology prototypes and validate system performance through rigorous testing.
- Prepare and contribute to technical proposals aimed at international standardization processes.
- Participate actively in initiatives that promote and expand the 6G technology ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience and a solid foundation in the wireless communication sector, with a track record of contributions to wireless technologies.
- Have experience leading teams focused on research and development of wireless communication systems in either industrial or academic settings.
- Be recognized as a significant contributor and influencer within the wireless communication industry or academic research community.
