About the internship
Pangea Travel is looking for a motivated, meticulous, and enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Intern to support its Luxury Travel team in Mumbai. This is a practical learning opportunity centered on bespoke luxury travel, where you will collaborate with experienced travel advisors to help design high-end journeys for HNI clients.
The role is well suited to students or recent graduates who want to build a career in luxury travel, hospitality, or tourism.
What you’ll do
- Support the team with bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, rail journeys, cruises, and activities.
- Research premium hotels, safari lodges, cruise products, villas, and distinctive travel experiences across the world.
- Arrange experience-based services such as private guides, restaurant bookings, spa visits, and special excursions.
- Assist in creating client proposals, customized itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Help with operational work before, during, and after client trips.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Luxury Travel team whenever needed.
Eligibility
Applicants must be based in Mumbai, available for a full-time in-office internship, able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, and available for the full 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organization and a high level of attention to detail.
- Interest in luxury travel and international destinations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 18,000 to 20,000 per month. Perks include a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and free snacks and beverages.

You will work closely with seasoned luxury travel advisors and build practical experience in bookings, visas, client servicing, and travel operations.
