Internship in Operations (all genders)

YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As our Intern in Operations (all genders), you will play an active role in keeping our daily business running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key link between data, customer success, and provider support. By jumping into day-to-day coordination, spotting inefficiencies early on, and documenting evolving processes, you will directly contribute to scaling our services.

In detail, you will take on the following tasks:

• Operational Support: Support the ops team with day-to-day tasks across different areas of the business, coordinate workflows between teams (Data Reporting, Customer Success, Provider Support), flag bottlenecks, and execute ad-hoc projects.
• Process Documentation: Structure, write, and update internal processes and SOPs as our workflows evolve; build clear playbooks and reference materials to keep the operations function organized.
• Reporting & Tracking: Pull accurate reports, maintain operational dashboards and data logs, and ensure that key metrics are tracked, formatted, and delivered on time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A specialisation in Operations is a plus.
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Slack. Prior experience or familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail. You have a proactive attitude and do not wait to be told what needs doing.
• A team player who is comfortable jumping between tasks and supporting different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English (C1/C2) and good German (B1/B2).
