About Pokus AI and Internship Role
Pokus AI is a Bangalore-based beauty commerce start-up backed by venture capital funding. The company offers a unique service where beauty experts visit customers at their homes with a curated collection of products, allowing customers to try items, keep what they love, and return others. As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern, you will represent Pokus on communication channels such as chat, phone calls, and WhatsApp, assisting customers in booking sessions, addressing inquiries, handling concerns with patience and professionalism, and helping promote products.
Intern Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting any technical issues they encounter and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer communications and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Identify high-priority customer issues and escalate them to the relevant departments for swift resolution.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance customer support workflows and procedures.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge about Pokus AI’s products and services to better assist customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be based in Bangalore and available for a full-time in-office internship.
- Availability for a minimum 3-month internship starting between July 18, 2026, and August 23, 2026, is essential.
- Commitment to working at least 8 hours daily during the internship period.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Relevant skills and enthusiasm for the customer support role are required.
