Role & Responsibilities
The selected intern will be tasked with daily activities including confirming online orders by telephoning customers and verifying all relevant details like customer names, contact information, addresses, PIN codes, and order specifications. They will correct delivery address errors, manage basic inquiries concerning product orders and deliveries, and follow up on delayed or returned shipments. Additionally, they will provide timely information on product offerings and promotions to customers, document call results, maintain comprehensive daily reports of orders, and escalate complex issues such as complaints, refunds, and medical questions to the senior team. Supporting the customer relationship department in enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty is also a key responsibility.

Applicants must be prepared to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 27, 2026 and August 31, 2026, and continue for a period of six months.
