Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and sales through a fully remote work-from-home arrangement. Selected interns will engage directly with potential clients by managing warm leads, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the company's diverse offerings. Responsibilities include both inbound and outbound outreach, encompassing cold calls and content sharing on social media platforms to broaden reach and generate interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads by understanding their needs, resolving queries, and facilitating their journey through offerings.
- Effectively manage objections and reservations to accelerate conversion rates and successfully close sales deals.
- Initiate cold outreach campaigns targeting companies and startups to onboard them as hiring partners.
- Create and disseminate content on platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit to enhance brand visibility and attract inbound interest.
- Assist marketing and branding efforts via outreach and experimentation with distribution strategies.
- Support investor relations through timely email follow-ups and managing communication pipelines.
- Oversee smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes including client interaction, onboarding support, and addressing concerns.
- Handle client relationships and manage escalations to ensure excellent user experience quality.
