Internship Overview
This internship opportunity involves driving sales by engaging with customers over calls using a provided script to highlight the company’s services, which cover trademark and patent services alongside company registrations and tax compliance operations globally including India, Singapore, EU, and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and encourage customers to purchase products and services via incoming and outgoing phone interactions, using scripted guidance with incentives for conversions.
- Adapt communication by deviating from the script when needed to foster customer relationships and respond to queries beyond scripted content.
- Provide accurate guidance and support to prospective and existing customers regarding products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in the database and ensure regular backups to secure sensitive data.
- Complete detailed documentation and logs for each customer interaction, supporting insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Adhere strictly to organizational quality standards to guarantee excellent service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely for the entire duration of the internship.
