Role overview

This remote contract opportunity is for writers and authors who can help improve AI-generated writing. The work is part-time and flexible, with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is set at $49 to $61 per hour.

What you will do

• Review and refine AI-written content so it is clear, accurate, and aligned with style requirements.
• Create training inputs and supporting materials that help strengthen narrative flow and language quality in AI models.
• Work with data science and machine learning teams to share practical feedback that supports iterative model training.
• Spot recurring issues in AI outputs and use those patterns to help improve model quality and reduce mistakes.
• Research current writing practices and industry trends to guide training strategies.
• Present insights and suggestions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a writer, author, editor, or in a similar role, backed by a strong portfolio of published work.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills, with strong attention to detail and nuance.
• Comfort working with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
• Ability to assess, revise, and improve both long-form and short-form content.
• Strong organization, analysis, and time management skills, especially in a remote setting.
