Role Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator position is a full-time, on-location role located in Al Wakrah. The incumbent is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying associated documentation, and arranging items in their correct storage locations. They must continually oversee inventory levels, update inventory records, and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure accuracy. The role also includes preparing products for outbound shipment, ensuring correct packing and labeling, and working closely with internal teams as well as external suppliers to facilitate seamless logistics operations. Adherence to safety regulations, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and orderliness, and supporting initiatives for operational improvements are key expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in shipping and receiving operations, managing inbound and outbound goods along with their documentation.
• Skilled in maintaining inventory control and management to keep accurate stock records.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Capable in safe material handling techniques for moving, storing, and organizing equipment and products.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics functions preferred, including familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Ability to comply with safety protocols, work productively within time-sensitive scenarios, and focus on detail-oriented tasks.
• Basic computer skills and numeracy; previous experience as a warehouse coordinator is advantageous.
