The Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Resilience (ICR) team builds and safeguards the technology infrastructure that supports global investment operations, aiming for resilient, scalable, and secure systems enabling secure and efficient performance across the organization.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

As VP, Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering with a focus on AI Security, you will be entrusted with providing strategic technical direction and delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions aligned with GIC’s vision as a tech-driven, long-term global investment firm.

• Continuously review and enhance the enterprise cybersecurity architecture to mitigate evolving threats and integrate emerging technologies.
• Ensure cybersecurity initiatives align with business priorities and the organization's risk tolerance.
• Research, design, implement, and validate enterprise-level security platforms through proofs of concept and value.
• Develop scalable and sustainable security operating models, supported by comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and workflows.
• Serve as a domain expert in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Resilience by collaborating closely with technology and business stakeholders to promote secure engineering methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experienced work, ideally in financial services or asset management, including at least 2 years deploying AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision techniques in cybersecurity contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI security controls implementation, including practices such as AI Security Guardrails, Red Teaming, and Model Scanning.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic and Model Context Protocol (MCP) security architecture and development.
• Proficiency with Databricks platform components, encompassing Databricks Machine Learning, Model Serving, and Unity Catalog.
• Strong familiarity with the Databricks AI Security Framework (DASF 2.0) especially regarding protection of data pipelines, model training environments, and AI components.
• Experience with major cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and Azure ML Studio.
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and secure deployment techniques.
• Competency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or related languages.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON formats, and security best practices for API integration.
• Capability to architect and secure AI workflows leveraging Databricks collaborative and scalable infrastructure.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams and operational flowcharts.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented and flexible mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, diverse environment.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalents.
