Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual/Motion Designer to breathe life into product reveals, title sequences, brand films, social media animations, and campaign materials. You will work extensively with 3D and motion design, especially around our hardware, robotics, and energy generation products.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce top-tier 2D and 3D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, product showcases, social media, and digital platforms.
• Develop visual styles and treatments for significant brand moments such as title sequences, motion systems, and cinematic product animations.
• Create product visualizations that simplify complex concepts for customers, and craft conceptual campaign pieces through compelling visual storytelling.
• Design bespoke 3D models, illustrations, icons, and characters to enhance product narratives and brand identity.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial briefing through to final delivery, while proactively contributing creative ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, growth, content, and engineering to ensure seamless and high-quality creative outputs.
• Leverage audience insights and creative testing to iteratively refine visual content.
• Consistently uphold superior quality and craftsmanship across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design demonstrated by a strong portfolio of campaigns, product work, or digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in motion and 3D design with a refined sense of composition, lighting, materials, typography, and narrative techniques.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, taking ownership beyond briefs to contribute innovative ideas.
• Strong problem-solving skills capable of translating complex products and abstract ideas into understandable and engaging visual stories.
• Passion for technology and hardware, with enthusiasm for crafting immersive product experiences using motion and 3D media.
• Experience in product visualization or digital product asset creation is advantageous, especially if familiar with producing optimized assets for real-time applications.
