Position Overview

Choice Talents LTD is recruiting a Visa Officer based in Lagos or Abuja to manage visa processing tasks for diverse countries including Schengen, United States, United Kingdom, Arab nations, and Asian countries. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on assisting clients with their visa needs and ensuring smooth application procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on visa requirements, application steps, and expected processing timelines for multiple countries.
• Assist applicants in compiling and organizing necessary documentation for visa submissions.
• Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or consulate offices and track the progress to ensure timely processing.
• Liaise effectively with clients and embassy personnel to respond to inquiries and resolve any issues arising during visa processing.
• Keep abreast of the latest visa regulations, application prerequisites, and processing durations across different nations.
• Maintain detailed and updated records of all visa applications, including approvals and denials.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Candidate Qualifications

• Holder of HND or Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in visa processing coupled with strong customer service skills.
• Thorough understanding of visa policies and requirements for various international destinations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling applications.
• Familiarity with computer programs, particularly visa application software.
