Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Viewing Guide to join our Canterbury office on a full-time, permanent basis. This position involves interacting with potential buyers, managing property visits, and representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property showings and offering prospective buyers a welcoming, professional, and informative viewing experience.
• Engaging with clients to understand their property needs and guiding them towards matching options.
• Providing accurate and comprehensive information about each property and confidently addressing clients' questions.
• Maintaining a professional company image to create positive initial impressions for all clients.
• Effectively coordinating viewing appointments and collaborating with the broader team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Developing strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service throughout the viewing process.

Candidate Profile

• A natural people-person with exceptional communication skills and the confidence to build face-to-face client relationships quickly.
• Friendly, approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about assisting others.
• Organized, dependable, and skilled in managing time efficiently.
• Holder of a full UK driving license with reliable personal transportation to travel between property locations.
• Positive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
