Role overview
Citizenship & Co is seeking a videographer and video content creator in Dubai to produce scroll-stopping visual content for marketing and social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, editing engaging videos, and shaping content that performs well across digital platforms.
What you will do
- Plan, film, and edit polished video and photo content for marketing initiatives and social channels.
- Develop original content ideas that fit the brand’s style and communication goals.
- Create compelling videos with clear storytelling and professional visual quality.
- Adapt, publish, and optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and content direction.
- Set up and handle cameras, lighting, and audio during shoots.
- Keep track of current content trends, editing approaches, and platform changes.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, along with strong technical and creative skills. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is expected, while Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve knowledge is also welcomed. You should be comfortable editing short-form content in CapCut and working with professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment. Photography ability is a strong advantage, and basic graphic design knowledge will be helpful. A solid grasp of social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, video formats, aspect ratios, and platform best practices is important. The role also calls for creating content for long-form YouTube videos as well as short-form platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Additional qualifications and strengths
- Motion graphics and animation experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong creative judgment and close attention to detail.
- Interest in storytelling and making content that performs well online.
