Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our expanding team. This role requires sharp attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently while following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles by masking and painting in accordance with industry standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and workplace organization.
• Minimize waste and ensure proper disposal of paint and materials.
• Work effectively under time constraints, delivering top quality results efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a similar vehicle painting role, ideally with relevant qualifications.
• A motivated and positive attitude, eager to learn and achieve set goals.
• Strong organizational capabilities with excellent time management skills.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Part-time role offering up to £18 per hour, plus bonus opportunities.
• Regular schedule includes 42 hours weekly, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, plus alternate Saturdays for 4 hours.
• Potential to earn a 20% bonus, with on-target earnings reaching £50,000.
• Opportunities for overtime are available.
