Job Overview

This role is for a US IT Recruiter based in Gurgaon or Bangalore working onsite five days a week during the night shift aligned to the EST timezone. It is a full-time, permanent position requiring 2 to 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment specifically. Candidates without a background in US recruitment or those from HR, operations, or bench sales will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities within the US IT staffing market.
• Engage with direct clients and implementation clients to fulfill staffing needs.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of core IT hiring requirements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods such as professional and social networking sites and Google string searches to identify potential candidates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 and maximum 7 years of experience in US staffing recruitment.
• Educational qualification: any graduate degree.
