Role Overview
This position is for a US IT Recruiter in Jaipur. The role centers on finding, screening, and coordinating IT talent for US-based hiring requirements, with a strong emphasis on communication, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client hiring needs and identify suitable IT candidates for US clients using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
- Review resumes, carry out first-round candidate evaluation, and arrange interviews.
- Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring journey and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and keep ATS records and recruitment databases current.
- Develop productive working relationships with candidates as well as hiring managers.
- Work toward closing open roles on time while meeting quality and hiring goals.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for someone with strong sourcing and screening ability, clear English communication, and the confidence to manage a fast-moving, target-oriented recruitment environment. Prior exposure to US IT recruitment or US staffing is an advantage.
Work Details
- This is a full-time, permanent role.
- The job is based onsite in Jaipur.
- Shift timings are 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned with the US shift of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Education Requirements
Preferred qualifications include B.Tech in CSE or IT, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, B.Sc. in IT, or MBA. The eligibility section also mentions B.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology, IT & Data Analytics, BCA in any specialization, and B.Tech/B.E. in CSE, Computer Science and Business System, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
