Unit Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Unit Manager to join our team, preferably with over one year of experience in sales and marketing. Prior exposure to BFSI, FMCG sales, Life Insurance sales, or any field sales is highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to work across various locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard sales advisers.
• Drive business growth through adviser networks.
• Lead and manage a team of sales advisers.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Compensation

CTC is negotiable based on prior experience, last drawn salary, and interview assessment, with incentives potentially up to 6.00 LPA.
