ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking candidates for the position of Unit Manager in its Agency Channel. The key responsibility is to establish and oversee a team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive sales growth through effective team management and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Life Insurance Advisors (Agents).
• Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to team members to boost business generation.
• Ensure active promotion and sale of Life Insurance policies by agents.
• Achieve sales targets via managing the agency team.
• Monitor agent performance and offer consistent field support.
• Develop long-lasting professional relationships with the agents.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory graduation qualification.
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience is essential.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary with an on-roll employment status.
• Performance incentives and commission ranging between 3% and 35%.
