Role Overview

We seek an experienced UI/UX Web Designer motivated by crafting innovative and interactive website designs across various industries. This role demands leading the entire design workflow from ideation through detailed layouts, collaborating closely with developers to turn client needs into exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present homepage design concepts to clients, guiding them towards final decisions.
• Oversee and direct design outcomes, including giving feedback and curating materials.
• Implement best practices in web design to ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage client revisions and feedback effectively.
• Lead the complete design cycle, covering wireframing, storyboarding, and final mobile and desktop layout preparation.
• Apply current design trends and brand strategies to build compelling brand stories and engaging digital products.
• Focus meticulously on details to achieve pixel-perfect results.
• Use research and user insights to deliver innovative websites and features by designing effective workflows and detailed interactions.
• Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to both internal teams and clients.
• Create cutting-edge designs for clients spanning from small businesses to large enterprises across industries.
• Promote and advocate for user-centered design methods among the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to generate new business opportunities and drive creative efforts in sales processes.
• Engage with high-profile projects using visual skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate, receive feedback, and inspire team members.
• Accept and integrate critiques thoughtfully to refine designs continuously until the final polished product is achieved.
• Demonstrate creativity and dedication to meet project goals and ensure delivery of superior design solutions meeting clients' business objectives.
• Maintain excellent organization of all design files, layers, and folders.
• Work alongside the President and department leaders during each project to contribute to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in website design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• A portfolio that reflects sophisticated and polished web design work.
• Experience with motion design is a plus.
• Skill in prototyping tools and methods.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
