Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Xplor Technologies, you will be instrumental in crafting user-centric, visually engaging digital product experiences. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into accessible and compelling interfaces, drawing upon your expertise in user research and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management and development to grasp project needs and align design solutions with strategic goals.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to secure stakeholder consensus and incorporate feedback.
• Partner with developers throughout implementation to ensure design integrity and provide clarifications.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to elicit user behaviors, needs, and pain points, applying insights to design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that simplify and enhance user experiences.
• Design visually consistent and appealing interfaces aligned with brand standards through meticulous layout, graphics, and iconography work.
• Organize information architecture by developing user flows, sitemaps, and navigation schemes to foster intuitive interaction.
• Contribute to evolving and maintaining design systems and guidelines to assure uniformity and efficiency across product lines.
• Keep abreast of current industry trends, new technologies, and design best practices to innovate and elevate user experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and solid mastery of design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or their equivalents.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design concepts.
• Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creativity-driven approach to design challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Experience with Agile development environments and working alongside development teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality design work that improves user experiences.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices.
• Fluent in English, as it is the primary language for daily communication.
