Role Overview

The Trainee Proposal & Quotation Coordinator will help prepare, organise, and send technical proposals and quotations to clients. This position supports the handling of tender and proposal paperwork, while coordinating with internal specialists and external customers to make sure submissions are accurate and delivered on time.

Key Duties

The role includes confirming receipt of client enquiries, recording opportunities in internal systems, and helping draft and format proposals and quotations. It also requires working with Technical Managers, the HSE team, and other internal teams to collect the technical and commercial details needed for each submission.

Another important part of the job is maintaining proposal databases, keeping records updated, and ensuring that documents are correctly stored and archived according to company processes. General office administration support may also be required.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is best suited to a motivated technical graduate who is organised, systematic, and attentive to detail. Good Microsoft Office ability is essential, along with the capacity to manage several tasks at once, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and contribute proactively in a team setting.
