Role Overview

This full-time onsite position in Thane, Maharashtra is focused on driving operational excellence across policy issuance, reporting, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service-level commitments and ensure policies are issued within the required timelines.
• Handle bank-related reporting and maintain accurate MIS records.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, support clarifications, and help close observations.
• Monitor and reduce leakage through timely management of freelook cases and cancellations.
• Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior exposure to policy issuance, MIS preparation, audit handling, or bank coordination is preferred.

Skills Required

• Solid understanding of operations and SLA-driven work.
• Strong analytical ability with good MIS and Excel handling skills.
