Role Overview

The Tendering Manager position is a full-time, on-premises role located in Kanpur. It encompasses managing the tendering lifecycle end-to-end: spotting suitable tenders, orchestrating tender document preparation, managing sample development, and ensuring compliant and timely bid submissions. Responsibilities also extend to thorough analysis of tender documents, upkeep of comprehensive tender documentation, tracking tender results, and contributing insights for continual process enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Tender Management, including preparation, document analysis, bid strategy formulation, and compliance adherence.
• At least five years of pertinent experience, with familiarity of tendering platforms like GeM and Eprocure.
• Prior involvement in manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical aptitude along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent English communication capabilities, both written and spoken, with keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines and commitment to on-site presence in Kanpur.
