Telesales Executive

Role Overview

This position involves engaging with walk-in students and their guardians, managing appointment schedules, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining organized records to support the counselling team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students and their families during visits.
• Organize and update the counsellors' appointment calendars.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, directing students to appropriate contacts.
• Maintain detailed daily visitor records and ensure the front desk's tidiness and professional appearance.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest through various channels such as website, events, or social media.
• Provide accurate introductory information about study destinations, courses, and admission timelines.
• Follow up diligently on leads and arrange counselling session appointments.
• Keep meticulous call logs and update lead information within CRM systems.
• Address basic queries via phone or WhatsApp, guiding students to relevant counsellors.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in telecalling, counselling support, or front desk operations is advantageous.
• Confident, approachable, and focused on student needs.
• Strong telephone etiquette paired with attentive listening abilities.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email handling.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
