About the Role

Awadh Height Infratech Private Limited seeks motivated, confident telecallers to join their real estate sales team, focusing on residential plots and row house projects.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using leads supplied by the company.
• Present and explain details of residential plots and row house projects to prospects.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored information about projects.
• Regularly follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement.
• Arrange and schedule site visits for interested clients.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into visits and eventual sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident demeanor and a positive, target-driven attitude.
• Professional handling of customer inquiries.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
