About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at Benchmark Professional Solutions Private Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal. The primary task involves making outbound calls to potential clients, clearly explaining the company's offerings, converting leads into customers, and fostering lasting relationships.

Core Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and current clients.
• Communicate company services effectively and address client inquiries.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.
• Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and client communications.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding and ensure service delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on work progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office and email usage.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and managing pressure effectively.
• Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Terms and Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 10,000 to 15,000.
