Role Overview

As a Technician, you will contribute to enhancing the new hire experience by supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including collaborating with and managing vendor relationships throughout recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks adhering to the PM Checklist.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Carry out daily 5S and maintenance routines for equipment.
• Strictly comply with safety protocols and regulations within the cleanroom environment.
• Assist with various tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.
• Propose ideas and contribute to continuous improvement projects related to equipment.

Applicant Profile and Requirements

• Experience performing preventive maintenance in manufacturing settings.
• Background in semiconductor or wafer fabrication cleanroom equipment is advantageous.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Proficient written skills for completing PM Checklists and shift handovers.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts in a wafer fabrication cleanroom environment.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office software usage.
• Possession of relevant technical certifications in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
