Position Overview

As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of all technical equipment within the hotel including 149 rooms, a restaurant, and a bar. Your role involves ensuring reliable Wi-Fi, electricity, and kitchen appliances while supporting the staff and maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous operation of all building equipment and swiftly address any malfunctions.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor the financial aspects of your responsibilities.
• Support and participate in multiple hotel projects and provide backup during colleagues’ absences.
• Collaborate with health and safety professionals to guarantee a secure environment for guests and employees.
• Manage overlapping technical challenges efficiently, maintaining a strategic overview during simultaneous issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a comparable technical role combined with completed technical education.
• Enjoy working behind the scenes as well as interacting with guests.
• Strong organizational skills, consistency, and team collaboration capabilities to effectively manage and support staff.
• Proficient IT skills are expected.
• Bring both technical expertise and a personable character to the role.
